New insights into Francisella T6SS spike assembly !
Together with the team of Thomas Henry and Rémi Fronzes we have determined the structure and function of IglF, a protein from Francisella T6SS. We contributed to the study with the crystal structure and biochemistry assays made by Coline Berthollier, to demonstrate that IglF interact with IglG to medaite spike assembly in Francisella T6SS.

In this manuscript, we have reviewed our current knowledge on Brucella Type IV secretion system and effectors. This, we hope will hemp new comers in the field to get a good overview.

VirJD1 crystal structure
New article from the team !
We publish the crystal structure of VirJ domain 1 in Acta Cryst. F at a resolution of 1.7 Å. The structure reveals a alpha/beta hydrolase fold. Work was performed by Chloé and Sibylle, well done !

MMSB Unit retreat in Autrans
We have had the chance to participate to the MMSB unit retreat in the beautiful Autrans in the mountain Vercors (French Alps).
A lot of fun and great exchanges with all the teams from the unit !
